Bakery, café or restaurant — the same smooth flow.
Bakery order
A front-counter request for 40 veg puffs and a truffle cake is split: the puffs go to the Bakery kitchen, the cake to the Icing kitchen. Each kitchen ticks Accept, Ready and Dispatch; the outlet ticks Received.
Café order
A guest orders from the table QR after confirming their mobile number by OTP. Shakes go to the beverage station, sandwiches to the hot kitchen, and the table bill builds up as items are served.
Restaurant order
A captain takes a dine-in order; KOTs print or show on the kitchen TV by section. Tables can be moved or merged, and the pre-bill is shown before settlement.
