Restaurant owners ask
Can I move or merge tables after ordering?
Yes. Move a running table to another table, or merge two tables into one bill. Items and KOTs already sent stay with the bill.
Does the KOT go to the right kitchen station?
Yes. Each item is linked to a kitchen, so tandoor items print or show on the tandoor KOT and curries on the main kitchen KOT.
Can guests split the bill or pay part by UPI and part by cash?
Yes. LaSha supports split and part payments on one bill, and the day-end report shows cash, card and UPI separately for the cash handover.
Can I take Zomato and Swiggy orders in LaSha?
Channel adapters exist, but they need access from the platform for your restaurant. This is marked Setup by LaSha. Ask us about your setup.
What does LaSha cost for a restaurant?
The POS with GST billing and KOT is free forever up to ₹12 lakh annual billing. Modules are ₹299–₹599 a month each, or Complete LaSha OS is ₹2,999 a month, with a 14-day free trial.
