Is the café POS really free?
Yes. POS and GST billing, KOT management, bill and kitchen printing on Android and Windows are free forever up to ₹12 lakh annual billing. Above that, or for extra modules, see pricing.
How does Table QR ordering work?
Guests scan the QR on their table, pick items and place the order. It reaches your POS as a table order and the KOT goes to the right station, so coffee goes to the bar and food goes to the kitchen.
Can I run a loyalty programme for regulars?
Yes, with the LS Coins Loyalty & Referral module (₹299/month, included in Complete LaSha OS). Customers earn coins on bills, get a referral offer and a 5% birthday or anniversary offer.
Will billing stop if the Wi-Fi goes down?
No. The counter keeps billing offline and syncs when the internet is back. Table QR orders need the internet on the guest's phone.
Can I send bills and offers on WhatsApp?
Yes, as an add-on. WhatsApp messages run on your WhatsApp Business number, connected by the LaSha team. WhatsApp Marketing is ₹499/month plus 10 paise per message sent.
