Orders FAQ
Do website orders come with a commission?
No. Your own website runs on the Own Website module at ₹499/month with 0% commission. Customers pay you directly through your own Paytm or Razorpay merchant keys.
How is the delivery charge worked out?
You set distance bands and a charge for each. The website reads the customer's distance from your outlet and adds the right charge before payment.
How are custom cake advances tracked?
The advance is recorded on the order with the design, weight, flavour and pickup time. At pickup the bill shows only the balance due, so nothing is charged twice.
Can Zomato and Swiggy orders come into the same board?
Channel adapters exist, but they need access from the platforms for your outlet. This is marked Setup by LaSha. Ask us about your outlet before you plan on it.
Does table QR ordering need a separate app for customers?
No. Customers scan the QR on the table and order from their phone browser. The order lands on the board and goes to the kitchen as a KOT.
