What happens if my billing goes above ₹12 lakh a year?
The free plan covers businesses with up to ₹12 lakh annual billing. If you expect to cross it, talk to us and we will tell you which plan fits your business.
Do I have to pay for setup?
Only if you want our help. Set it up yourself with our free setup guide, or choose assisted onboarding for ₹4,999 one-time. Assisted onboarding covers business and printer configuration, menu setup help, system configuration, two online staff training sessions and go-live assistance.
Is it good for a small bakery or café?
Yes. LaSha was built and is used daily at La Saveur French Bakers, an eggless bakery in Jaipur. The free POS gives a bakery or café GST billing, KOT and printing; stock, recipes, custom cake orders and the rest are optional paid modules.
Are phone orders and multi-outlet included in the free plan?
No. Phone Orders and Table QR Ordering are paid modules at ₹299 a month each. Businesses with more than one outlet are not on the free plan; please request pricing.
Can I add more features later?
Yes. Add single modules from ₹299 a month, or all eleven in Complete LaSha OS at ₹2,999 a month. Every paid module has a 14-day free trial. Prices exclude GST.
