Where can a custom cake order be booked from?
From the counter, from a phone call, or from your own LaSha website. All three land in the same custom cake order list with flavour, weight, design, message, due time and advance.
How does the advance work?
The advance is recorded on the order when it is booked, and the balance is shown when the cake is picked up or delivered. On your website, customers can pay online through your own Paytm or Razorpay account, which the LaSha team connects for you.
What is a "not ready" alert?
Each custom cake goes to the cake kitchen with its due time. If the kitchen has not marked it ready in time, LaSha flags it as not ready so someone can act before the customer arrives.
Can customers get a price from a photo of a cake?
Yes, on your own LaSha website. The customer uploads a cake photo, AI reads the levels and size, and the price comes from the rules you set, including minimum sizes. When the AI is not sure, the quote goes to your staff to review. See how it works.
