About these terms

These terms cover the use of this website and give an overview of how LaSha OS plans work. Your use of the LaSha OS software is governed by the subscription terms agreed when you start a trial or plan.

Information on this website

We describe features as accurately as we can and label each one: Live Setup by LaSha Coming soon. The current list is on the platform page.

Simulators, dashboards, AI conversations and calculators on this site use demo data. Screens marked “Concept mockup” are illustrations, and the product may look different. Nothing you do on this website creates a real order or bill.

Plans and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST. Current prices are on the pricing page:

AI and messaging add-ons are not included in Complete LaSha OS. If your annual billing goes above ₹12 lakh, contact us about the plan that applies. Multi-outlet and franchise pricing is on request.

Prices may change. The price agreed for your subscription applies to you for the period you have paid for.

Free trial

Every paid module comes with a 14-day free trial. If you choose not to continue after the trial, you are not charged for that module.

Onboarding

Onboarding is a one-time fee of ₹4,999 (not monthly). It includes initial business configuration, billing and printer configuration, product/menu setup assistance, system configuration, two online staff training sessions and go-live assistance. On-site training or implementation is quoted separately, based on location and requirements. On the Free POS plan, onboarding is optional: you can set it up yourself with our free setup guide, or choose assisted onboarding for ₹4,999 one-time.

Third-party services

Some features use services you sign up for yourself, such as a payment gateway (Paytm or Razorpay), a WhatsApp Business API number, a voice-agent account, Zomato or Swiggy access, or Google Search Console. Their charges and terms are between you and those providers.

AI features

AI features help your team; they do not replace it. Pari AI Calling takes enquiries as leads for your staff to confirm. AI marketing creates drafts only and does not post to social media. SEO Studio changes nothing on your website without your approval. Please review AI output before you rely on it.

No guarantee of results

Marketing, SEO and AI tools support your work but cannot guarantee rankings, calls, leads or sales. Guides on this website are general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice — check with your CA.
