Who we are
This website describes LaSha OS, food-business software built by Lalit Sharma at La Saveur French Bakers, Jaipur, Rajasthan. You can reach us on WhatsApp.
What this website collects
The Book a Demo form asks for your name, business name, business type, mobile number, an optional email address, number of outlets, your main requirement and an optional note.
Unless a lead system is connected, the form does not store anything on our server: it opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and they reach us only if you press Send. If a lead system is connected, your details are saved so our team can contact you.
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. The interactive demos, simulators and calculators use demo data and run in your browser; what you type there is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To contact you about a LaSha demo, trial, onboarding or plan you asked about.
- To answer your questions on WhatsApp or phone.
We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Your business data in LaSha
Each LaSha customer has a separate database. You can also choose your own dedicated server (one-time setup ₹4,999). Your bills, menu, stock, staff and customer records belong to you and are used only to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for the customer and staff details you enter into LaSha, and for having their consent where the law requires it — for example before sending marketing messages.
Services you connect
Some LaSha features work through outside services that you sign up for yourself, such as a WhatsApp Business API number, Paytm or Razorpay, a voice-agent account for Pari AI Calling, Zomato or Swiggy, or Google Search Console. When you connect one, LaSha shares with it only what that feature needs. Those services follow their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the details you sent us by messaging us on WhatsApp. If you stop using LaSha, ask us how to export or delete your business data.
