POS with Tally Integration for Restaurants & Bakeries
Give your CA Tally-ready data, not a pile of bill printouts. LaSha exports masters and sales vouchers as Tally XML with GST already split — and imports a Tally Day Book back, with a preview first.
Clean books without re-typing a single bill.
Most food businesses send their CA a day-end printout or a spreadsheet, and someone types it into Tally again. That is where totals stop matching.
No re-entry
Sales come straight from the POS, so the Tally figure matches your day-end report.
GST already split
CGST, SGST and IGST land in their own ledgers — ready for the GST return.
Safe to redo
Fixed a bill after export? Export the day again. Vouchers are updated, never doubled.
Running a bakery with two outlets, or a café with a busy UPI counter? Each outlet's sales reach Tally separately, by payment mode, so your CA can match cash with the cash book and UPI with the bank statement. Bringing a Tally Day Book into LaSha works the other way: rent, supplier bills and other entries your CA posted in Tally show up in LaSha's ledgers too.
Hundreds of bills in. A short Day Book out.
Counter sales are grouped day-wise for each outlet and payment mode. Masters (ledgers) and vouchers go in the same Tally XML.
Sale within your state
GST is split equally into CGST and SGST.
Sale to another state
The whole GST amount goes to IGST.

Tally integration FAQ
Which Tally version does LaSha work with?
LaSha exports and imports files in the Tally XML import format. Ask us about your Tally version and we will confirm before you start.
If I export the same day again, will Tally get duplicate entries?
No. Re-exporting a day updates the vouchers already sent instead of creating them twice, so a late correction in the POS does not double your sales in Tally.
Does every bill become a separate voucher in Tally?
No. Counter sales are exported day-wise for each outlet and payment mode, such as one voucher for cash and one for UPI per outlet per day. That keeps the Tally Day Book short and easy for your CA to check.
How is GST shown in the export?
GST is split into CGST and SGST for sales within your state, and IGST for inter-state sales, each posted to its own ledger.
Can I bring Tally data into LaSha?
Yes. Import Tally masters and the Day Book as XML. You see a preview first, map Tally ledgers to LaSha ledgers, entries already in LaSha are skipped, and you can undo an import.
What does the Tally integration cost?
It is part of the Accounts & Tally Integration module at ₹399 a month, which is also included in Complete LaSha OS at ₹2,999 a month. It has a 14-day free trial. It is not part of the free POS plan. Prices exclude GST.
