Does billing stop when the internet goes down?
No. The counter keeps making and printing bills offline. Bills are queued on the device and sync to LaSha when the internet is back.
Can staff bill from a phone or tablet?
Yes. The Android LaSha POS app bills, sends KOTs and takes payments from a phone or tablet, on the same menu and prices as the counter.
Can one bill be paid partly in cash and partly by UPI?
Yes. Split or part payment lets you take any mix of cash, UPI and card on one bill. The day-end report shows each mode separately.
How do B2B bills with a fixed discount work?
You set a discount % on the business customer once. Every GST invoice for that customer uses it automatically and counter staff cannot change it.
Do online payments work at the counter?
UPI, card and cash are recorded as payment modes. Collecting online payments through a gateway runs on your Paytm or Razorpay merchant account, connected by the LaSha team.
