What is the difference between an own outlet and a franchise outlet?
Own outlets run inside your LaSha system with shared stock, menu and books. A franchise outlet runs its own LaSha system, with its own billing and books, linked to yours for supplies, pricing and royalty.
Can franchise outlets buy from my central kitchen at a franchise price?
Yes. You keep a franchise price list. Supplies sent from your kitchen to a franchise outlet are billed at that price, and the outlet receives them into its own stock.
How is royalty worked out?
You set the royalty terms with your franchisee. LaSha uses the franchise outlet's sales from its linked system to work out the royalty for the period.
Can staff work shifts at more than one outlet?
Yes. The duty roster can be shared across outlets, and staff punch duty with face and GPS from their phone at whichever outlet they are posted to that day.
