Where does the customer record come from?
From the bill. When the counter enters a mobile number, LaSha creates or updates the customer record with the visit, spend and items. Website, phone and custom-cake orders add to the same record.
What does LS Coins cost?
LS Coins Loyalty and Referral is ₹299 per month with a 14-day free trial, or included in Complete LaSha OS at ₹2,999 per month. Prices exclude GST. You set how many coins a bill earns and how much of a bill can be paid with coins.
How does the birthday and anniversary offer work?
If a customer's birthday or anniversary is on file, LaSha gives a 5% offer that can be used once for that occasion. The counter sees it on the bill screen.
Can LaSha send WhatsApp messages to customers?
Yes. The LaSha team connects your WhatsApp Business number and gets the message templates approved. Without it, LaSha still shows who to contact and you can message them yourself.
