Is Pari live today?

The LaSha team sets Pari up during installation: the voice line is connected and your store number forwards busy or unanswered calls to it.

What does Pari AI Calling cost?

₹499 per month plus call minutes, which you recharge separately and which are charged as per usage. It is an add-on and is not included in Complete LaSha OS.

Which languages does Pari speak?

Pari talks in Hindi and Hinglish, the way most callers in India actually speak to a bakery or café.

Does Pari confirm custom cake orders and prices?

Pari takes the cake or catering enquiry and saves it as a lead. Your team calls back to confirm the design, final price and advance.

Will Pari answer every call?

No. Your staff still answer as usual. Pari picks up only the calls that are forwarded to it when the line is busy or nobody answers.

Can customers chat with an AI on my website?

Yes. The website AI chat answers menu and prices, timings, delivery charges and order status (order number plus the mobile on the order), and saves enquiries for your staff. WhatsApp chat is coming soon. The AI Assistant inside LaSha for your staff and you is live too.
